How does it work?
It is simple as 1-2-3
1- Register to our service (see next question on how to subscribe)
2- Dial 10.11.555 before your long distance calls
3- Charges appear on your regular monthly bills
How do I sign up?
Signing up for service is easy. 2 easy ways to subscribe:
1. Fill the subscription form

2. Call 1.866.692.2899 and ask our customer service representative to register you.
Is there a commitment?
No. You will be using our service on a monthly billing cycle basis. If you subscribe on the 7th of the month, your billing cycle will expires on the 6th of the next month. You plan will be renewed automatically the next day for one additional month. If you would like to cancel the service, please call our customer service line 30 days in advance.
How soon can I be activated?
As soon as you call the registration phone number, follow the voice prompts and press ‘8’ to accept the registration. You will be automatically registered and you can start saving on all your long distance calls by dialing 10.11.555 before your long distance calls.
Where are 10.11.555 long distance services available from?
Feel free to use 10.11.555 long-distance services if you are a Bell Canada, Videotron, Rogers's landline customer in Ontario or Quebec or Fido monthly subscribers in Montreal, Quebec City, Toronto, Ottawa, Calgary & Vancouver. Please don't hesitate to call our toll-free customer service number 1.866.692.2899 to confirm if the service is available in your area.
What happens to my long distance calls not covered by your plan?
If you wish to call other international destinations not included in our unlimited plans, you could do so by dialing 10.11.555 before any international long distance number. You will be billed on your monthly regular invoice on a per minute basis for these calls.

Do I have to contact you to cancel my plan? And what is the procedure?
Yes. The initial service period shall be for a term of thirty (30) days. To cancel the service, you must contact our customer service representative at least 30 days in advance.
Am I required to make any arrangements with my current long distance carrier when I sign up for your service?
No. Our service can be used with other long distance services. When you dial 10.11.555, you are choosing to place a call on our network.
Are you affiliated with Bell Canada, Vidéotron, Rogers or Fido?
No. Buzz 10.11.555 uses Bell Canada, Vidéotron, Rogers and Fido as a third party billing.

Using the Service
How do I make a long distance call using your network?
Simply dial 10.11.555 before your long distance call. (You must be registered first, click here to register)

Is there a dial tone to wait for after I dial 10.11.555 and before dialing the long distance number?
No. Simply dial 10.11.555 and the Number (DO NOT PAUSE BETWEEN NUMBERS)
Can I share my monthly plan from other phone numbers?
No. The monthly plan is not transferable or shareable to any other phone number. You can use the monthly plan only from the registered phone number. You can still use our 10.11.555 service on a per minute basis from any phone line with no subscription.
Rates and Billing
Do I have to pay for activation fees?
There is no activation fee for any of our plans.
Do I have to pay for other fees?
No. There are no other additional fees.
Are the rates the same 24 hours a day?
Yes. You can take advantage of our super low rates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
How will I be billed for 10.11.555 long-distance calls?
Your calls will be billed on your local phone bill within 1 to 2 months after you made the phone call in a section labeled 'Other Carrier–Triple 5 Communications' or "Buzz 10.11.555" .You will see on your bill under destination phone number your plan registration phone number and the rate associated to it. The rest of the bill will include the date, time, destination numbers and location of all the other long distance calls that are not part of the plan. Simply pay your local phone company bill as usual.
What is your billing cycle?
The initial service period shall be for a term of thirty (30 days), your calls will appear on your next monthly bill or the bill of the month after (30 to 60 days).
