With over 40 years of experience in the business and financial community, Mr. Marleau has raised funds privately and publicly for hundreds of emerging and mature companies, structured many mergers and acquisitions as well as designed and created numerous financial deals in Canada. Throughout his career, Mr. Marleau has been a Board member for a multitude of publicly traded companies. These companies include: A&E Capital Funding Inc., BDP Retirement Home, CanAlaska, CFS Group, International Freegold Inc., Stanstead Capital Inc., North Hatley Inc., SGI Properties Inc., Magistral Biotech, Mitec Telecom Inc., Niocan Inc., Olco Petroleum Inc., Uni-Select Inc. and Warnex Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Marleau holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Ottawa. Rafi Hazan P. Eng, Chief Executive Officer Rafi Hazan is the President, CEO and co-founder of Buzz Telecom. Prior to this position he co-founded and was the Chief Operating Officer of Cartel International Inc., a company specialized in the distribution of prepaid calling cards and other services via electronic terminals (POS). He also co-developed one of the first prepaid switching platforms of the telephone calling card industry in Canada. For over ten years Mr. Hazan has held various positions in both engineering and management in the telecom industry at companies such as SR Telecom, NHC Communications Inc. and Israel Aircraft Industry. Mr. Hazan holds a Bachelor of Science from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology in Aerospace and Telecommunications. Mazen Haddad Mr. Haddad is the President of Township Capital Inc., where he administers an investment fund. He was also Chairman of SGI Properties Canada Fund LP, a private REIT and Vice-President of SGI Capital Corp., a private investment company. Mr. Haddad is currently serving in other boards and holds a Bachelor in Economics.
